Our UK Returns Promise We partner with specialist suppliers to bring you unique collections. We understand that this may raise questions about returns, which is why we've established a dedicated returns centre right here in the United Kingdom. You will never be asked to send an item back to an international address, ensuring your return is simple, affordable, and fast.

Our Policy We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on any item returned within 28 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Please email our support team at Contact@inovastore.store with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. For an exchange, please specify the new item or size required.

  2. Package Your Item: Repackage the item securely, including the original invoice or a note with your name and order number to ensure swift processing.

Refunds Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

Exchanges Upon approval of your return, we will dispatch your new item. We will cover the shipping cost for sending out the exchanged item.

Faulty Items In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately at Contact@inovastore.store with your order number and photos of the fault. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may return a faulty item within 30 days for a full refund. We will cover all reasonable return postage costs for faulty items.
